We want you to love your WHIMWOOD puzzle. If something isn’t right, we’ll make it right.
Returns
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in the same condition as received.
How to start a return
Email us at whimwood.team@gmail.com with your order number and the reason for return. We’ll respond within 24–48 hours with next steps.
Return shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is damaged or incorrect.
Damaged or incorrect items
If your order arrives damaged or you received the wrong item, email whimwood.team@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the packaging and product. We’ll send a replacement or issue a full refund.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you. Approved refunds are issued back to the original payment method within 5–10 business days (timing depends on your bank).
Exchanges
We currently don’t offer direct exchanges. The fastest way is to return the item and place a new order.
